Main goal

UEFA EURO 2028 will be played in UK and Ireland and we are looking for fantastic, dedicated people to help organise this major event. This role reports to the Head of Technical Services and Overlay and assists the team with all administrative, organisational and project management tasks to support the successful delivery of UEFA EURO 2028.
The position will be based in Nyon but might me travelling occasionally to support the team on events.

Key responsibilities

  • Managing day-to-day organisational and administrative activities relating to the TECH project as part of the staging of UEFA EURO 2028
  • Supporting with project management tasks relating to the TECH project
  • Managing the TECH team’s travel plans, expenses and invoicing
  • Supporting the TECH team with tender and contract preparations
  • Overseeing the invoicing of TECH suppliers and consultants
  • Coordinating sub-projects on behalf of and with the support of the TECH team

Skills & Requirements

Requirements

Experience:

  • more than 3 years of experience in technical management of events
  • more than 3 years of experience in project management in the event industry

Languages:

  • English / Proficient

Other requirements:

  • Relocation to Switzerland/France is expected
  • MS Excel / Proficient
  • MS PowerPoint / Intermediate
  • MS Word / Proficient
