Do you want to be the person who makes technology simple, smooth, and stress-free for others? At GlobalConnect, we’re looking for an IT Supporter who shares our vision of making technology accessible and easy for every employee across our company.

About the role

As an IT Supporter, you’ll be at the heart of our technical support operations. Some days, you’ll solve problems over the phone before the coffee even cools; other days, you’ll make sure new colleagues have everything they need to get started on their first day. You’ll help ensure our tools and systems work seamlessly so our teams can focus on what they do best.

Your responsibilities will be diverse, ranging from setting up new equipment to assisting colleagues with their technical inquiries and maintaining system efficiency. Every interaction is an opportunity to solve a problem, learn something new, and create a positive experience for someone else.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing first-line IT support via phone, tickets, and in person
  • Manage system accesses, devices, and software for new employees
  • Managing and resolving support tickets in ServiceNow
  • Maintaining smooth operations in Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, and Active Directory environments

To effectively contribute in this role, we think you’ll need:

  • An interest in IT and technology, and curiosity to keep learning
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, or Active Directory
  • Experience with ServiceNow or other ticket management tool
  • Proficiency in Swedish and fluency in English, both spoken and written
  • Minimum 3 years experience in an identical role
