We are looking for junior Security Operations Engineers with a strong foundation in computer science and a genuine interest in cloud security and data protection. You’ll be part of a global security team working on real-world challenges in a modern, cloud-based environment within Enterprise Imaging.
In this role, you’ll work closely with experienced security engineers and architects to design, operate, and improve security controls that protect critical healthcare data worldwide. You’ll gain hands-on experience with current security technologies, cloud platforms, and large-scale systems—while contributing to a mission that truly matters.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Administer and operate key security features within the Sectra solution, including vulnerability management, alert handling, log management, and more.
- Work with our Security Operations Center to optimize security responses and ensure any triggered alerts are handled swiftly.
- Work with colleagues and customers around the globe to help them understand current security threats and provide actionable solutions.
- Implement and improve security controls in crucial areas such as Identity and Access Management, Data Protection, and more.
- Analyze and monitor security systems to ensure top-tier protection, while developing insightful security reports.
- Contribute to developing and maintaining security automation that streamlines processes and strengthens defenses.
- Help deploy and support security solutions, both proprietary and third-party, to keep our systems ahead of evolving threats.

- Have a master’s degree within engineering, IT or similar field - with a strong academic record
- Be fluent in English and Swedish
- Have a passion for data security and a curiosity about emerging security areas and cloud technologies
- Appreciate working in a collaborative environment and contribute to a global team
- Have a desire to learn and grow in the IT security field and develop your skills through hands-on experience.
We consider it a great asset if you:
- Have previous experience within system administration or networking
- Have previous experience within IT security
