Vaski Group is a rapidly growing manufacturer of industrial machine tools, specializing in the processing of flat materials and sheet metal as well as automation solutions. We combine the strengths of three well-established brands – Vaski, Pivatic and Ursviken.
What will you be doing?
As a Project Manager at Vaski Group, you will be responsible for managing customer projects from order to delivery in a technology-driven environment. You will sit at the center of the organization, working closely with project coordinators, customers, engineering, production, suppliers, and other internal stakeholders to ensure projects progress smoothly and according to plan.
Your role combines hands-on project ownership, active customer communication, and technical problem-solving. You will ensure smooth handovers, approvals, and deliveries on time, and in accordance with agreed quality and safety standards. You will also be responsible for project documentation, reporting, and follow-ups.
Projects range from smaller deliveries to large, highly advanced automation solutions requiring detailed planning and strong coordination. Project durations vary from a few months to over a year, and you will manage multiple projects simultaneously.

You are comfortable taking responsibility and motivated by dynamic environments where there is room to shape structure and drive progress. You’re curious about technology, comfortable making decisions, and motivated by solving problems rather than following routines.
