Hanmi Global is seeking a qualified Safety Engineer to join our team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate must hold all required documents to legally work in Kuwait, including a valid Civil ID, and must have proven PAHW (Public Authority for Housing Welfare) project experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with Kuwait safety regulations, PAHW standards, and company policies.
- Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections on construction sites.
- Develop and implement safety plans, emergency procedures, and training programs.
- Monitor daily site activities to identify hazards and enforce corrective actions.
- Prepare safety reports, documentation, and incident investigations.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to maintain safe work environments.
Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Safety Engineer, preferably in Kuwait.
- Mandatory PAHW project experience.
- Valid Civil ID and all required documents to work in Kuwait.
- Strong knowledge of Kuwait labor laws, safety codes, and international standards (OSHA/NEBOSH preferred).
- Valid KSE Membership (required for engineering‑related safety roles).

- Attested degree certificate (MOFA + Embassy)
- NOC if required for transfer
