Hanmi Global is seeking an experienced Service Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and optimizing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems and other critical building services. The role ensures that infrastructure operates safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry standards while supporting ongoing construction, renovation, and facility operations.
Responsibilities
- Support design, review, and implementation of MEP and building services systems
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with codes and specifications
- Assist with commissioning, testing, and handover activities
- Troubleshoot system issues and support preventive maintenance
- Prepare technical reports and evaluate vendor proposals
Skills & Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering
- 10+ years of experience in building services or infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and engineering standards
- PAHW (Public Authority for Housing Welfare) project experience preferred, but strong construction/engineering experience is essential.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, or similar tools
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills

- Transferable residency (Article 18 preferred)
- Passport copy
- Attested degree certificate (MOFA + Embassy)
- NOC if required for transfer
- Experience certificates
