Product Designer

As a Product Designer, you create effective and creative UI/UX solutions for digital products. Collaborating with Product Researchers, Product Owners, and other Designers, you play a key role in international product development across our six lotteries. You bring innovative, user-centric solutions that align with business goals. And every day at work, you’ll be doing your part for all the charities we support.

As Product Designer, you’ll:
• Design customer-facing platforms and contribute to strategic, future-proof designs.
• Collaborate closely with Product Researchers, Product Managers, and other Product Designers.
• Inform design strategies by using available user research, investigating market trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Ensure efficient decision-making with key stakeholders and provide detailed, constructive feedback to developers.
• Work with our Design System to build new designs and contribute to evolving our components and design language.

Skills & Requirements

You’d describe yourself as follows:
• Visually strong designer focused on creating highly appealing and effective solutions.
• Holds a design-related bachelor’s or master’s degree with 5+ years of UX/Product Design experience.
• Proficient in wireframing, prototyping, and visual design; inspires innovation beyond minimal requirements.
• Experienced with Figma and Design Systems.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaborative skills.
• A monthly salary indication between €5,000,- and €6,500,- based on a 40-hour week and flexible working hours.

About the company

The Group Product department is entirely focused on developing, innovating and driving forward digital products right across the Postcode Lottery Group and locally. This includes things like developing websites, mobile apps and internal software, such as our customer service agent tool. By collaborating across each of the Postcode Lottery countries, we can use the same technology and blueprints to build our products which will mean faster and more efficient development. The department exists of the following: Product Management, Product Design, Agile Team Performance and Product Research.
