
We are looking for junior team members to join our Financial Due Diligence team within the Advisory business area.
As an Associate, you are a recent university graduate with a strong foundation in accounting, supported by experience gained through summer jobs, internships or other relevant roles.
Our team specialises in financial due diligence and collaborates closely with our Corporate Finance, M&A Integrations & Separations and Strategy& teams across the deal continuum. Our clients include private equity funds, Finnish and international corporates, and small owner managed businesses. While their needs differ, they all expect the same outcome: high quality insights delivered by a highly capable Financial Due Diligence team.
What your work will look like
You will be part of our financial due diligence engagements, analysing target companies’ historical trading, assets and liabilities, cash flows, working capital trends and business plans. While much of our work focuses on the Finnish market, our team also regularly works on large international and cross border engagements.
