What to expect from the Operations track with a focus on Supply Chain and Production?
During the two-year program, you will start in our Romanian bakery and undertake one-year rotations to Finland, gaining valuable experience within operations in two different bakeries taking full responsibility for a range of tasks from day one!
In your first year in Romania, as a Production Management Global Graduate, you will gain hands-on experience at the heart of our production operations, working closely with Production Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing. You will support daily operations, contribute to process improvements, analyze performance data, and help solve real production challenges. This role offers a unique opportunity to build a strong foundation in production management while preparing for future leadership roles in a dynamic, international manufacturing environment.
Second year in Finland you will have a strong focus on Supply Chain. You will play a key role in supporting our Finland and Baltic operations, working hands-on with KPIs, Power BI development, labor studies, and supply chain analysis to improve performance after major system go-lives. You will collaborate closely with local and regional leaders, contribute to IBP and automation projects, and support real business decisions from day one.
What will be your Graduate Program highlights?
International Two-year program: starting in your home country 1st year with an international rotation in your 2nd year will enable you to leave your global footprint in Unibake and build a strong network. After rotation, you will bring experience back to your home country or a new location and continue your career journey there.

Support Program and Network: A network of dedicated stakeholders will support and guide you throughout your journey, fostering both your personal and professional growth. Additionally, you'll become part of a vibrant community of Global Graduates across various tracks, as well as alumni, providing you with a strong network that spans the entire organization.
Expertise to succeed in Supply Chain and beyond: You will learn from the best and be exposed to Supply Chain, Production and overall Operations areas to increase your knowledge and build relevant competencies. In addition, you will take part in quarterly global workshops with your fellow graduates, with whom you will also do an international project focused on solving a global challenge.
