Main goal

The Management Assistant will provide administrative, organisational and logistical support to the Director of Women's Football and the sub-division as a whole, serving colleagues and external stakeholders in the best possible way to ensure that women's football competitions and development activities are organised with service and quality at the forefront.

Key responsibilities

  • Managing the diary of the Director of Women's Football and organising travel, meetings etc.
  • Acting as the sub-division's Guest Relations Coordinator, including handling ticketing, accreditation, guest and meeting staff management and hotel bookings
  • Planning, organising and ensuring the smooth running of the UEFA Women's Football Committee and all associated tasks
  • Coordinating UEFA Executive Committee documentation and timelines with team members and other units
  • Organising working group meetings, workshops and events
  • Coordinating team calendars, absences and unit meetings and outings
  • Supporting senior team members with their scheduling and travel
  • Organising folders and filing
  • Supporting the administration of development projects, competitions or draws as required
  • Handling invoices, purchase orders and expense claims
  • Ensuring that the timelines for budget forecast meetings are met
  • Conducting or supporting any research as appropriate
  • Preparing letters, reports and presentations
  • Performing any other task as appropriate

Skills & Requirements

Requirements

Experience:
- 2 to 3 years of proven experience in an administrative role within a team
- Experience of working in an international and multicultural environment

Languages:
- English: Fluent
- French and/or German would be a strong asset

Other requirements:
- Interest in football
- Excellent written English and spoken communication skills
- Ability to interact with senior management
- Service-minded, dedicated and proactive
- MS Office: Advanced
