About the opportunity
As we continue to develop our global S&OP capability, we're looking for a S&OP Planner to join our team in Singapore. Reporting to the S&OP Planning Lead, this is a brilliant opportunity to take the next step in your supply chain career.
- Short-range, tactical demand and supply planning for key markets across Asia
- Monitor and manage market inventories to meet customer demand, increase efficiency and reduce waste
- Support the S&OP Lead with preparation of the demand forecast
- Manage order fulfilment and resolve inventory or fulfilment issues
- Maintain strong internal relationships and facilitate meetings with global stakeholders across sales, production, and logistics
- Data analysis and reporting to identify variances and propose solutions
- Contribute to the development of best-practice S&OP processes and systems

Skills & Requirements
About you
- 3+ years' experience in Planning, Order Fulfilment, or a Supply Chain Analyst role
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement capability
- Analytical and data-driven thinker
- Agile and resilient, thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Exposure to SAP IBP (or other Supply Chain Planning application)
