HanmiGlobal is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer with a minimum of 12 years of experience, primarily in projects related to the Public Authority for Housing Welfare (PAHW). The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Mechanical Engineering and demonstrate a strong expertise in mechanical design, project management, and client coordination. This is an on-site position requiring excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Skills & Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Review mechanical designs, shop drawings, and material submittals.
- Supervise installation of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and mechanical systems.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to QA/QC procedures.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams to resolve technical issues.
- Support testing, commissioning, and final handover activities.
- Prepare technical reports, inspection logs, and progress documentation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (attested).
- 10+ years of experience in mechanical engineering within construction, infrastructure, or consultancy.
- Strong experience working on PAHW (Public Authority for Housing Welfare) projects in Kuwait is highly preferred.
- Solid understanding of Kuwait building codes, mechanical standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven track record on large‑scale building or infrastructure projects.
- Strong technical review, coordination, and reporting capabilities.

- Transferable residency (Article 18 preferred)

- Attested degree certificate (MOFA + Embassy)
- NOC if required for transfer
