Your mission:

As our Brand & Communications Specialist your mission is to execute and strengthen the Epassi brand presence across the UK market, ensuring a consistent, engaging and high-quality representation across all external touchpoints. You will play a key role in building brand awareness, credibility and engagement through PR, social media, digital channels and brand-led initiatives.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Execute and maintain a consistent brand presence across all UK channels and touchpoints
  • Act as a brand guardian by owning and enforcing brand guidelines, tone of voice and visual identity
  • Manage the day-to-day relationship with the external PR agency
  • Execute the UK PR plan in line with the strategy set by the Marketing Director
  • Lead and deliver brand-led initiatives, campaigns, awards and sponsorships
  • Own and manage Epassi UK social media channels
  • Manage and update website content to ensure accuracy, relevance and brand alignment
  • Track and report on PR coverage, share of voice, SEO and brand visibility metrics
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Growth and global teams to ensure brand alignment across demand and product campaigns

You’ll be successful in this role if you:

  • Ensure the Epassi brand is consistently and accurately represented across all channels
  • Deliver clear, well-aligned brand messaging that is understood internally and externally
  • Build engaging and active social media channels aligned with brand goals
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date and on-brand website content
  • Deliver PR activity that generates regular, relevant coverage aligned with brand objectives
  • Identify and execute awards and sponsorship opportunities effectively
  • Deliver brand-led initiatives on time and to a high standard
  • Maintain or improve organic visibility (SEO and share of voice)

What you’ll be doing (daily):

  • Coordinating with the external PR agency and monitoring ongoing PR activity
  • Creating, scheduling and managing social media content
  • Updating website content using WordPress
  • Tracking performance metrics including PR coverage, SEO and share of voice
  • Supporting podcasts, partnerships and other brand-building initiatives
  • Working with the global studio team or external designers on brand assets
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Growth and Marketing teams
  • Managing awards submissions and sponsorship execution

What you should bring:

  • 2–4 years’ experience in brand, communications, digital marketing or PR roles
  • A degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Hands-on experience managing social media channels and website content
  • A basic understanding of SEO principles and organic visibility
  • Experience working with external agencies
  • Confidence using tools such as WordPress, Canva, Asana and Google Analytics

Your language profile:

  • Native or fluent English (written and spoken)

Your track record:

  • Successfully executed brand or communications initiatives
  • Managed PR or marketing agency relationships
  • Delivered engaging social media and digital content
  • Supported or led campaigns that increased brand awareness or visibility

Your competency profile:

  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
  • Highly organised, proactive and comfortable working cross-functionally
  • Able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Collaborative mindset with a strong sense of brand ownership
