Join the growing forces of a global business leader with a long track record! We are also proud to tell you that sustainability is one of our key focus areas. We are now looking for a Service Engineer to join our Service team in Vantaa.
As Service Engineer you are responding to customer requests and issues related to technical or process problems, or their training needs. You will also be conducting service visits to customer sites to solve technical issues (approximately 50 days / year) and quoting service products and service level agreements (SLA). The Service Engineer is strongly involved in developing new service products and improving Maillefer Services key performance indicators.
You will also provide technical support for especially spare parts sales team and conduct service trainings. You will help developing new and maintaining current service products.
You can be either an experienced professional or an engineer in quite early stages of your career. We value your self-driven way of work and developed problem solving skills matched with some pressure tolerance. Good decision making and organizational skills are an advantage. You will also benefit of an open-minded attitude and good co-operation skills in this position.

Taidot ja vaatimukset
What we expect:
· B.Sc. in automation or electrical engineering
· Minimum of two years of experience in service work, commissioning, or engineering
· Willingness and ability to travel internationally approx. 50 days per year
· Knowledge and background from process industry
· Knowledge in IFS or other ERP (e.g. SAP), experience of CRM tools like SalesForce
· Excellent knowledge of MS Office –programs
· Working proficiency in English and Finnish, other languages are an asset
· Knowledge of Wire & Cable industry, equipment and automation is considered an asset
The terms of employment, working hours, and other conditions are determined in accordance with the signed employment contract and the company’s personnel policies in force from time to time. The position requires a willingness to travel as required by work-related duties.
