Apollo is looking for a creative individual for a fixed-term position of 12 months, with the possibility of extension, starting as soon as possible. The role involves working with a variety of operational CRM-related initiatives, ranging from newsletters, and loyalty activities to supporting various CRM projects across the organization.

As a Marketing Automation Coordinator, you will be part of Apollo’s Power Platform Competence Center and report to the CRM Marketing Lead. The Power Platform Competence Center is a cross-functional team consisting of developers, application specialists, and marketers. The team is part of the Nordic IT department and supports all Apollo business units and markets.

The role will contribute to driving customer engagement and loyalty in the Nordic markets through different types of projects and automations. You will work closely with the team’s specialists and play a key role in helping achieve our goals related to loyalty and customer satisfaction.

What You Will Do

• Write basic copy for various types of marketing communication

• Translate and adapt basic copy from Swedish using translation support

• Support and coordinate content production

• Participate in and support CRM and loyalty-related projects and initiatives

• Ensure that agreed activities are executed and optimized

• Manage basic segmentation

• Monitor, follow up, and report results from targeted projects/campaigns/activities

Skills & Requirements

The Power Platform Competence Center Team is looking for someone who wants to kick-start their career in the broad field of CRM. You are curious and passionate about customer loyalty and communication. You enjoy hands-on work and are not afraid to help where needed. You are driven by testing new ideas, following up on executed activities, as well as optimizing them.

To thrive in this role and with us, you should be:

• A creative person who enjoys combining images and text into a compelling story
• Someone who delivers according to expectations and within deadlines
• A person who loves staying up to date with and exploring the latest trends, systems, and functionalities within email marketing and marketing automation
• Someone with strong self-leadership skills

• A native speaker of a Nordic language and fluent in English, both spoken and written.

We consider it a merit if you have:

• Experience working in a service-oriented role
• Previous experience with CRM and/or marketing
• Experience with marketing platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe, or similar. We use Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insight.
• Experience working with a CRM system. We use Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Experience with analytical tools such as Power BI or Google Analytics
