We are looking for AI Developers to join our team in Espoo or Tampere!
In this role, you will work on a variety of customer and internal projects. As an AI Developer, you will help identify, evaluate, implement and maintain state‑of‑the‑art AI solutions that enhance our products and services.
Key responsibilities
• Develop GenAI and Agentic AI solutions for our service solutions and customer projects
• Design user-friendly workflows that integrate GenAI solutions into daily processes to improve user experience and business outcomes
• Provide expert guidance on the value creation and best practices of GenAI solutions
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Software Development, Engineering, and Technical Communication
We appreciate, if you have:
• Relevant educational background (e.g., B.E., M.Sc. (Tech))
• Background in GenAI development and ability to work with modern AI development frameworks
• Knowledge of building AI Agents and understanding of RAG & Knowledge Graph
• Skills in tools like Python, Azure OpenAI Responses API, OpenAI Agent SDK, MCP, Docker and Git
• Strong communication skills in Finnish and English
