We are looking for a
Business Controller
to support our Head of Finance and work closely with our wider finance teams. In this role, you will create accurate, high‑quality insights that help management steer the business. You will thrive here if you can prioritize effectively, solve challenges independently, and make sound decisions — while support is available, we expect strong ownership and a proactive approach. You bring experience from an independent controller role, where you have supported business operations. The scope covers both commercial and operational areas, giving you a broad view of the business. You will also play an active role in improving and developing our current processes and ways of working.
Your tasks in a nutshell:
- Act as finance business partner for the commercial organization
- Drive and shape budgeting and forecasting processes within our integrated business planning framework
- Own and develop reporting; act as local super user for the BI tool
- Participation in month end closing
- Ad hoc tasks

Skills & Requirements
This is what you need to have to succeed:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., finance, accounting, economics)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant field
- Good command in Excel
- Can-do approach
- Active, eager to learn new things
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility
- Structured way of working
- Fluent in English, Finnish or Swedish can be an advantage
