We are expanding our Data & ML team with an additional Data Scientist to drive business impact through machine learning. We have already created significant value from ML across several areas and see strong opportunities to apply it even more broadly, including marketing, conversion optimization, and operational decision-making.
We are looking for a Data Scientist who is motivated by real-world impact and enjoys working closely with people to turn data into measurable business value.
What you will do
- Build, deploy, and improve machine learning models that drive measurable impact across domains such as marketing, conversion optimization, and operational efficiency.
- Apply ML to improve bidding efficiency, attribution, CRM effectiveness, and other data-driven decision processes.
- Partner with marketers, business developers, and other stakeholders as a trusted advisor to identify high-impact ML use cases.
- Design, analyze, and interpret experiments, causal analyses, and marketing mix models (MMM) to guide marketing investments and optimization decisions.
- Ensure models deliver continuous business value.
Skills & Requirements
What you bring
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar applied ML role.
- Strong modeling expertise with solid foundations in statistics and machine learning, and a clear understanding of when and how to apply different methods.
- Experience applying ML to business problems such as marketing optimization, conversion, attribution, CRM, or similar domains.
- Proven ability to collaborate closely with business stakeholders and translate ML insights into measurable results.
- Ability to take initiative and drive ML opportunities end-to-end, from problem framing to deployment and measurable business impact.
- Strong Python programming skills.
Nice to have
- Experience designing and interpreting experiments, incrementality tests, MMM, or other causal analyses to guide decision-making.
- Understanding of ad bidding algorithms and how ML can influence or optimize them.
- Experience deploying, running, and monitoring ML models in production using a modern tech stack (e.g., Kubernetes, GCP, ArgoCD).
- Comfort working at the intersection of business, data, and engineering.
