About the Role
This is a great opportunity to join a global business! We are looking for a passionate Assistant Accounts Payable to join the team, primarily in a data entry capacity, initially on a temporary basis with potential to move to permanent. The role is 3 days per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Process invoices with accuracy and timeliness
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Investigate and resolve internal and external invoice queries
- Manage and action requests from the Accounts Payable inbox
- Maintain organised, audit-ready electronic invoice records
- Process warranty invoices daily and liaise with relevant departments
- Support audit preparation with required documentation
- Perform month-end data entry to ensure complete invoice capture
- Collaborate across departments to gather financial data and provide support

Skills & Requirements
What You’ll Bring
- 1- 2 years’ experience working in accounts payable’s role
- Strong understanding of end-to-end AP processes
- Excellent communication skills for vendor and internal stakeholder interaction
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
