We are on a growth journey – now looking for a Field Sales Representative for supporting our Service and Aftermarket business in Switzerland.

About the position

As a Field Sales Representative in the recreational vehicle and aftermarket team, you will be responsible for sales and business development in Switzerland. You will support caravan and automotive dealers and actively contribute to the growth of our brand.

Your main responsibilities

    • Drive existing customer satisfaction and growth revenue by visiting customers, building strong relations with key stakeholders and showcasing our products
    • Prospect new customers to develop market shares and revenue
    • Conduct market analyses to understand business needs and suggest adapted actions to increase sales
    • Lead sales promotions and marketing activities
    • Monitor sales activity to drive performance
    • Support for technical training at the Dometic Switzerland AG headquarters in Volketswil
    • Participate actively in trade fairs and industry events

Skills & Requirements

A suitable background would be the following in terms of qualifications and experiences:

  • Completed technical or commercial training
  • Several years of professional experience, preferably in B2B sector, ideally in aftermarket sales in the caravan or automotive sector
  • Strong customer focus and willingness to travel (including overnight stays)
  • Fluent German and English skills; French and/or Italian are an advantage (we will expand your sales territory accordingly if you have language skills)
  • Good IT skills (BI tools, financial reporting, MS Excel); experience with MS Dynamics ERP is a plus

Ihre Aufgaben
• Steigern Sie die Zufriedenheit bestehender Kunden und den Umsatz, indem Sie Kunden besuchen, enge Beziehungen zu wichtigen Stakeholdern aufbauen und unsere Produkte präsentieren.
• Gewinnen Sie neue Kunden, um Marktanteile und Umsatz zu steigern.
• Durchführung von Marktanalysen, um die Geschäftsanforderungen zu verstehen und geeignete Maßnahmen zur Umsatzsteigerung vorzuschlagen
• Leitung von Verkaufsförderungs- und Marketingaktivitäten

Ihr Profil
• Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise im B2B-Bereich, idealerweise im Aftermarket-Vertrieb in der Caravan- oder Automobilbranche
• Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und Reisebereitschaft (auch mit Übernachtungen)
• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; Französisch- und/oder Italienischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil (bei entsprechenden Sprachkenntnissen erweitern wir Ihr Vertriebsgebiet entsprechend)
• Gute IT-Kenntnisse (BI-Tools, Finanzberichterstattung, MS Excel); Erfahrung mit MS Dynamics ERP ist von Vorteil
