Group Head of Data & Analytics to Bonava

At Bonava, we create homes and neighbourhoods for the many. To strengthen data-driven decision-making across our organisation and turn business data into strategic insights, we are now looking for a Head of Data & Analytics.
In this role, you will establish data and analytics as a core strategic capability, supporting decisions from land acquisition and feasibility to construction, sales and portfolio performance. You combine strong analytical leadership with a solid data foundation, translating complex insights into clear commercial recommendations. You will also build and lead a team of analytics and data professionals and work closely with senior leaders across the business.
The role partners closely with Development, Finance, Construction, Sales & Marketing, and Executive Leadership to embed analytics into everyday decision-making.
Main responsibilities
- Lead and develop Bonava’s data and analytics capability across the full residential development lifecycle
- Drive advanced analytics to support investment decisions, feasibility, portfolio performance and risk management
- Establish a strong, scalable data foundation enabling reliable insights and self-service analytics
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable commercial insights for senior leaders
- Build and lead an analytics-driven team and promote a data-informed decision culture across the organisation
Work with great people
Skills & Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in analytics, commercial analysis or data roles, preferably within capital-intensive industries
- Strong hands-on experience in financial and commercial modelling
- Proven leadership experience building analytics-led teams
- Deep understanding of development feasibility, project economics and key risk drivers
- Experience working with executive leadership and investment committees
- Proven people leader who leads by example and consistently builds and develops high-performing teams through clear direction, coaching and accountability
