Financial Due Diligence and Valuation & Analytics
PwC FDD and V&A offers a wide range of transaction and valuation related services where you will have the opportunity to work in an international environment and within various industries. We also provide advice related to business transfers, restructuring and financing.
With about 30 professionals, the Gothenburg FDD/V&A team is the region's largest service provider, offering buy- and sell-side due diligence and valuation services to local, national, and global financial investors and corporations.
We are a team encompassing both FDD and V&A, and we aim to ensure that you have the opportunity to gain experience in both areas.
Financial due diligence comprises, among other things, detailed analysis of a company's earnings, value drivers, cash flows and financial position to support decision-makers to evaluate risks and opportunities inherent in transactions. Read more about FDD.

A career in our M&A practice will provide you the opportunity to be part of the leading mid market M&A advisor in Sweden. We have completed more transactions than anyone else in the market for 14 consecutive years. We serve as primary financial advisors to entrepreneurs, private equity, and corporate clients throughout the entire divestiture process, from origination to deal completion.
