Tech stack?

• Essential skills: Our tech stack includes Snowflake (SQL), Tableau, Amplitude, and dbt. Equivalent experience with tools such as Power BI and Google Analytics is equally valuable.
• Bonus skills/experience: web tracking, A/B testing, data science, Python, Machine Learning and AI, Kafka, Data Mesh principles.

WHO ARE YOU?

You are an experienced and proactive data professional who loves empowering teams to make better product decisions, drive end-to-end analysis and strategy on incorporating data and AI into products. You’ll thrive here if you:

• Have 5+ years’ experience in data analytics, data science, or product analytics roles, for example, in e-commerce, digital product, or marketplace companies.
• You are efficient in SQL and event-based analytics tools (like Amplitude, Mixpanel, or GA4) and have an interest in understanding the whole data value chain, from what to measure to presenting impactful insights for stakeholders.
• Have hands-on experience with A/B testing and causal inference.
• Excel at translating data into stories — identifying what matters and making complex findings clear and actionable. Have strong visualization and storytelling skills (Tableau or similar).
• Are effective at getting things done together, comfortable working with product managers, engineers, business, and senior management. Acting as the link between technical and business stakeholders comes naturally to you. You build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Bring a structured yet curious mindset, with a genuine passion for data, product, and AI.
• A passion for homes or real estate is a plus!

WHAT’S THE JOB LIKE?

As a Senior Data Analyst in FINN Eiendom, in the Nordic Real Estate Insights & Analytics team, you’ll be a go-to senior analytics partner for product teams — ensuring that decisions are powered by data, measurement is rock solid from day one, and people find their next home easily.

Your day-to-day might include:

• Enabling and modelling attribution and value measurement, linking actions to outcomes.
• Advising on what events to track across web and app.
• Leading analytics deep-dives on user flows, retention, and conversions.
• Define success metrics, measure what matters, help with A/B tests, wrangle data, communicate insight.
• Acting as the bridge from data to outcome, working with Analytics Engineers and Developers to have the needed data and using it to improve the product and business, through dashboards, metrics, models, AI, and smarter decisions.
• Championing best practices in measurement, data science, analytics, and data modelling.
• Continuously improving the data utilization and capabilities.

What success looks like:

• 6 months in: You’ve audited our product tracking for the most important metrics, built a value attribution model, and become the trusted analytics partner for at least one key product area.
• 1 year in: You’ve improved data utilization through analysis, modelling, and experimentation, and helped product teams make faster, higher-confidence decisions.

This is where you come in: building the bridge between data, product, and tech. You contribute with attribution models, lead scoring, and ROI calculations, and other analysis and business logic. We need competence to define metrics, not just report numbers. You’ll help set the standard for product analytics in one of Norway’s most beloved digital brands.
