Business Analyst

Join Kubota as a Business Analyst (Digitalization & Process Improvement)!

As a Business Analyst, you will join the Digitalization (DX) & Process Improvement team within MEU, supporting the evolution of our manufacturing and procurement processes across Europe.

Key Responsibilities

  • The role operates at a centralized European level, supporting 14 factories across Europe. You will be part of the MEU (Manufacturing Engineering Europe) team under the Dx department.
  • You will act as the Business Process Owner for Manufacturing and Procurement for KvG factories and Digitalization Initiatives across KHE factories.
  • Drive SAP improvements and enhancements with IT team.
  • Act as the focal point for the key user group within your scope (Manufacturing & Procurement) and as a member of the Change Advisory Board.
  • Identify business issues and improvement opportunities through impact analysis and process assessments across KHE.
  • Lead and contribute to digitalization initiatives, including MES, ORTEMS and bring forward innovative solutions with AI.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on end-to-end process design and horizontal process integration.
  • Regular interaction with global stakeholders to adhere to adhere to Kubota policies.
  • Support the implementation, documentation, and communication of standard business processes and process changes.
  • Provide structured input to business requirements summaries, project execution plans, and ERP-related process design.
  • Organize collaboration within the key user network (e.g., workshops, meetings, investment verification).
  • Contribute to factory harmonization initiatives, vendor assessments, and the adoption of Industry 4.0 practices.

Skills & Requirements

  • BSc or MSc (HBO/WO) in Technical Business Administration, or an equivalent technical/business education.
  • Few years of Experience in Business Analysis/Digital transformation/SAP/Product Owner.
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing business processes.
  • Working knowledge of SAP.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Visio, and other advanced tools.
  • Familiarity with Industry 4.0 and digitalization concepts preferred.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in multicultural, cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to travel (approximately 50%).
  • Proven ability to work effectively in multicultural, cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication skills in English; additional European languages are an asset (particularly Dutch, German, French, Italian, Norwegian, or Danish).
  • Proven stakeholder relationship management skills.
  • Nice to have: knowledge of BABOK.
