Supercell is looking for an energetic and proactive Team Support Intern to join their Helsinki-based Team Support & Events Team. You will play a big part in making sure that everything runs smoothly for Supercell’s teams. In this job, not one day is like another!

Your main responsibilities include:

• Travel arrangements from booking flights and hotels to ground transportation arrangements
• Team days and team offsites arrangements
• Assisting with benefits related queries
• Assisting with events
• Assisting with other daily operations

You are not afraid of juggling different tasks at the same time, you keep calm in changing situations and have an understanding on which tasks to prioritize. Basically, good common sense and a hands-on approach are amongst the most essential traits in this position.

Requirements:

• Relevant educational background (e.g. management assistant, business, hospitality management)
• Some previous experience in administrative or office support roles, including daily operations, meeting scheduling, and coordination
• Excellent coordination skills and ability to take initiative
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
• Ability to work onsite at Supercell HQ in Helsinki

Assets:

• Experience in business travel arrangements and using travel management systems
• Hands-on experience in office administration tasks
• Genuine interest in (Supercell) games

Practicalities

This is a full-time, fixed-term, and paid internship, starting in April 2026 and lasting 7 months. In this position, you will be employed directly to Supercell. You’ll work onsite at Supercell HQ in Jätkäsaari.

Initial timetable for the recruitment:

Sun 01.02. Application deadline

Week 6: Phone interviews with aTalent

Week 7-9: A few rounds of onsite interviews with Supercell (remote option if needed)

By Week 10: Final decision and employment contract

April 2026: Planned starting date (negotiable)
