Contract Manager

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, ensuring adherence to legal terms and conditions.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align contract strategies with company mission and vision.
Influence and build strong relationships with vendors and internal teams to achieve favorable outcomes.
Manage IT-related contracts, including:
- IT Services
- Hardware and Software procurement
- SaaS agreements
- Cloud services
Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities across IT procurement and contracting.
Stay informed on emerging technologies and trends; knowledge of AI-related contracts is a plus.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of contract terms, conditions, and legal compliance.
Proven ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
Experience in IT contracting, including SaaS, cloud services, and hardware/software agreements.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical mindset with a focus on achieving savings and operational efficiency.
Familiarity with AI technologies is advantageous.
