About the Role
NexaFlow is looking for a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead our high-priority Digital Transformation initiatives. You won't just be tracking tasks; you’ll be the bridge between our engineering, product, and executive teams, ensuring our migration to AI-driven workflows is seamless and impactful.
What You’ll Do
- End-to-End Ownership: Manage the full project lifecycle for complex software deployments from discovery to post-launch support.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for C-suite updates and cross-departmental alignment.
- Agile Leadership: Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives for two dedicated development squads.
- Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify bottlenecks and develop contingency plans to keep timelines on track.
- Resource Allocation: Manage project budgets exceeding $2M and coordinate vendor relationships.
Kvalifikationer
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 6+ years of project management experience in a SaaS or tech-forward environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, CS, or a related field (PMP or Scrum Master certification is a major plus).
- Tech Stack: Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Monday.com, and Slack.
- Communication: Ability to explain technical constraints to non-technical stakeholders without losing the "why."
- Mindset: A "get-it-done" attitude with a high degree of empathy for the end-user experience.
