We are looking for a Senior Operations Analyst to bring strong operational expertise, fresh ideas, and energy to our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on problem-solving and wants to make a tangible impact by improving processes and driving efficiency.
What You’ll Do
Successful candidates will have proven experience in senior-level operations with a strong focus on process optimisation. A proactive, energetic approach along with strong communication, stakeholder management abilities and excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Some experience or knowledge of credit control within insurance or financial services would be preferred.
