Swim Instructor summer 2026

Job description
As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for Swim School by Apollo at one of our Apollo Mondo Resorts. In addition to this, you will also work in the kids’ club and assist with other hotel duties, such as administration, arrival and departure services, various events, and acting as a mascot.
Apollo’s Swim School is run in cooperation with the Swedish Swimming Federation.
Skills & Requirements
Swimming is close to your heart, and you inspire others to learn how to swim or to further develop their swimming technique. You are pedagogical and attentive to the needs of both young and adult guests. We value that you are flexible, responsible, and communicate easily with different people, and that you enjoy working with children.
Meriting qualifications include university studies, education in training/health or childcare/leisure. Previous experience in the travel industry, working with children, or as a group fitness instructor is also considered an advantage.
Knowledge requirements
- At least 1 year of work experience in swimming
- Practical and theoretical swimming skills
- Knowledge of training for children and adults
- Documented experience in a service-related role
- English, both spoken and written
- Category B driving licence (manual transmission)
