Internship: We’re open to both internships connected to your university project or a part-time internship (approximately 10-12 weeks).
Company: Vend, home of FINN, Blocket, Tori, Oikotie, DBA & Bilbasen, where millions of people across the Nordics connect to find what they need, whether it’s a job, a home, a way to move, or a fresh start.
Location: Join us at our vibrant and central Kungsbro office in Stockholm. As an intern you'll primarily work onsite, with some flexibility for working remote.

About the DevFlow team
DevFlow, part of Vend’s Delivery Platforms, builds the internal developer platform that helps product teams move from idea to impact—safely and fast. We focus on self‑serve developer experiences, golden paths for delivery (CI/CD), a welcoming developer portal/service catalog, and lightweight guardrails that make the right way the easy way.

Two ways to join

  1. University Thesis / Degree Project: We’ll co‑scope a clearly defined project with a named sponsor and mentor, aligned to your university’s requirements.
  2. Part-time Internship (experience‑based): Contribute to ongoing DevFlow initiatives while learning platform‑as‑a‑product practices alongside senior engineers.

Bring your own idea — or join ours
We’re deliberately open. Propose a project you design (as long as it aligns with DevFlow’s mission), or join an existing initiative. Topics below are illustrative, not prescriptive:

  • Golden‑path templates and scaffolding for service onboarding and continuous delivery
  • Developer self‑serve flows (CLI/plugins/templates/docs) that shorten time‑to‑first‑success
  • Pipeline speed & quality (faster builds/tests, caching, lightweight checks for release confidence)
  • Safety & governance with low friction (guardrails, starter kits, examples that promote good defaults)
  • DX enablement (concise docs, “getting started” guides, reusable patterns)

Technologies you might touch (examples only)
Git/GitHub and modern CI/CD systems, containers, infrastructure‑as‑code, internal platform tooling; languages such as Python, TypeScript, or Go (use what best fits your project—no single stack required).

What you’ll do

  • Define a problem and success criteria with your mentor
  • Build iteratively, demo regularly, and land improvements others can adopt
  • Collaborate across engineering using a platform‑as‑product mindset
  • Document clearly so your work is easy to discover and reuse

Who we’re looking for

  • You’re curious, take initiative, and have good communication skills
  • You bring some experience from courses/projects/OSS/work in developer tools, CI/CD, or adjacent areas
  • You enjoy working from a problem statement toward measurable outcomes

Does this sound like an interesting opportunity for you? Send us your application as soon as possible. We’ll review applications on a rolling basis.
