Internal Quality Engineer

We are looking for an individual with a background in automotive manufacturing or similar and with a high sense of quality.
You should be driven and focused in finding continuously new ways in improving the Koenigsegg quality.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Leading troubleshooting and root cause analysis activities related to deviations and quality issues.
  • Managing internal and supplier claims for quality deviations.
  • Contacting external suppliers regarding detected non-conformities.
  • Collaborating closely with Quality Engineers to enhance and optimize quality processes.
  • Coordinating activities with production, planning, purchasing, and service departments to ensure an uninterrupted production process.
  • Supporting the main assembly line by evaluating compliance with technical documentation, company standards, order requirements, and completeness.
  • Working closely with the Production Department to provide feedback and enhance quality standards.
  • Conducting analyses and preparing quality reports for detected non-conformities.

Skills & Requirements

We are looking for candidates with a relevant university degree, preferably in manufacturing/engineering, and at least 2 years of experience in Quality functions.

It is also essential that you have:

  • Strong knowledge of technical drawings.
  • Education within same field of knowledge.
  • Equivalent experience within the same field of expertise.
  • Skills in handling and using measuring equipment.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).
  • Knowledge about the Monitor ERP system, 3DEXPERIENCE, Solidworks, CATIA are seen positively.
  • Knowledge of TQM tools (e.g., Six Sigma) and Lean Manufacturing (5S, Kaizen etc.).
