Internal Quality Engineer

We are looking for an individual with a background in automotive manufacturing or similar and with a high sense of quality.
You should be driven and focused in finding continuously new ways in improving the Koenigsegg quality.
Main Responsibilities:
- Leading troubleshooting and root cause analysis activities related to deviations and quality issues.
- Managing internal and supplier claims for quality deviations.
- Contacting external suppliers regarding detected non-conformities.
- Collaborating closely with Quality Engineers to enhance and optimize quality processes.
- Coordinating activities with production, planning, purchasing, and service departments to ensure an uninterrupted production process.
- Supporting the main assembly line by evaluating compliance with technical documentation, company standards, order requirements, and completeness.
- Working closely with the Production Department to provide feedback and enhance quality standards.
- Conducting analyses and preparing quality reports for detected non-conformities.

Skills & Requirements
We are looking for candidates with a relevant university degree, preferably in manufacturing/engineering, and at least 2 years of experience in Quality functions.
It is also essential that you have:
- Strong knowledge of technical drawings.
- Education within same field of knowledge.
- Equivalent experience within the same field of expertise.
- Skills in handling and using measuring equipment.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).
- Knowledge about the Monitor ERP system, 3DEXPERIENCE, Solidworks, CATIA are seen positively.
- Knowledge of TQM tools (e.g., Six Sigma) and Lean Manufacturing (5S, Kaizen etc.).
