As a Medical Affairs Intern you will maintain efficient and accurate daily workflow of documents and information within Medical Affairs department and you will provide functional support as required.
This role will directly report to our Head of Medical Affairs Italy and it’s a unique opportunity to understand how a Medical Affairs department works, within a company that works in the medical aesthetic industry.
This is a hybrid position; we are looking for someone who could join us in our Milan office (near Garibaldi station).
Key Responsibilities include:
- Assist in conducting scientific literature reviews and data analysis to support Medical Affairs initiatives.
- Collaborate with the medical affairs team in the development and review of scientific materials (slide decks, manuscripts, medical presentations, etc...)
- Support the organization and coordination of medical education events (advisory board meetings, symposiums, roundtables, etc…).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of medical affairs projects and deliverables.
- Support the team in maintaining and updating medical information databases and resource libraries.
- Provide general administrative support to the medical affairs department as needed.

Skills & Requirements
Requirements:
- MSc degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology or similar fields. A Master in Medical Affairs or similar is considered a plus.
- Excellent command of English (verbal and written), and Italian language.
- Milan based or nearby
- Ability to understand, analyze, synthetize and communicate scientific data.
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office applications, specifically PowerPoint and Excel).
- Strong attention to detail, clarity and accuracy.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Team player: ability to work as part of a team.
