Talent Accelerator is a fantastic opportunity to start an international career and a chance to really make a difference in helping Sweden grow internationally. We are looking for exceptional graduates with drive, ambition and potential that are eager to join us in our quest to help Swedish companies grow global sales and international companies to invest and expand in Sweden.
To secure a good match between our candidates and the Talent Accelerator program, the application and selection process is divided into a series of steps, which are described on our career site. We kindly ask you to read the information before you get started, so you know which steps that are included in the process and in what areas you will be assessed.
After each step you will receive confirmation via email stating if you go through to the next step or not. Please note that due to the number of applications, we will only be able to provide personalised feedback to candidates who participate in the assessment centre.
The final step in our selection process is an assessment centre on the 6th of March at our headquarters in Stockholm. Since the assessment centre is a crucial part of the selection process, you must already now ensure your availability on this date. If you cannot attend, we kindly ask you not to participate in the application process. No exceptions on assessment centre participation will be made.
