Main goal

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support high-volume recruitment for UEFA EURO 2028 and other roles across UEFA/ UEFA Events SA. Working closely with HR Business Partners and internal stakeholders, this role leads the end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and professional experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

  • Own the full recruitment process for a diverse range of roles for UEFA EURO 2028 as well as dedicated business units within UEFA
  • Attract & recruit diverse talents and provide a high-quality recruitment experience to candidates
  • Conduct first-stage interviews and share clear hiring recommendations
  • Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, hiring managers and business units to meet recruitment timelines and staffing needs.
  • Produce recruitment reports, ensure compliance with UEFA standards, and identify opportunities to improve the efficiency of the processes.
  • Ensure ATS accuracy, prepare offers and contracts, and support pre-employment and onboarding steps.
  • Contribute to cross-functional staff-related projects and talent acquisition projects, such as employer branding initiatives, recruitment process enhancements, etc.

Skills & Requirements

Requirements

Experience:

  • Previous experience in recruitment, ideally supporting large-scale events, sports or international organisations is a plus.

Languages:

  • English / proficient
  • other languages are a plus

Other requirements:

  • Relocation to Switzerland/France is expected
  • Excellent communication skills in English with natural talent to build strong relationships
  • Strong organisational skills with the capacity to manage high application volumes efficiently
  • Ability to work effectively under time pressure, without compromising on quality or attention to detail
  • A positive, open-minded and collaborative mindset, combined with adaptability and a hands-on approach
