πŸš€ Your new position: Business Development Representative (BDR)

We are hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) to help maximize the success of our HR Solutions Team.

In this role, you will build and engage prospects through email, phone and social media, meet with both inbound and outbound leads, conduct initial qualification calls, and schedule next steps accordingly.

Together with your manager and the HR Solutions Team, you will define winning strategies to achieve your goals, contribute new ideas and help drive the success of the sales team and the company as a whole.

πŸ” Your main responsibilities

  • Prospect, educate, qualify and develop target accounts and inbound leads to generate sales-ready meetings and opportunities.
  • Penetrate target markets and engage with C-level and senior executives.
  • Follow up on marketing-generated leads, webinars, events, trade shows and creative outbound campaigns.
  • Meet with prospects via phone, video calls and email.
  • Research accounts, identify key stakeholders and generate interest to develop opportunities.
  • Transfer qualified opportunities to the appropriate Account Executive, ensuring a clear and complete handover.
  • Confidently handle and overcome prospect objections.
  • Build trust and develop long-term, productive relationships with prospects.
  • Update lead scoring and interaction history to ensure efficient lead management.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual pipeline targets, ensuring revenue goals and pipeline linearity.
  • Provide closed-loop feedback to support continuous process improvement.
  • Maintain professional internal and external relationships aligned with our core values.

🎯 What are we looking for? - Experience & skills

  • At least 1 year of professional experience in a Sales Development or similar role.
  • Proven ability to follow up leads and engage with stakeholders at multiple executive levels.
  • Strong skills in pre-call planning, opportunity qualification and objection handling.
  • Ability to structure calls, manage time and territories effectively.
  • Experience managing relationships across an ecosystem to achieve shared goals.
  • Comfortable working in a high-energy sales environment with the highest level of integrity.
  • Positive and confident phone presence, excellent listening skills, and strong written and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency with efficiency tools (email, voicemail, MS Office).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences (peers, colleagues, prospects).
  • Strong time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • CRM knowledge (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Experience in a startup environment is a plus.
