You are a distinctly business-oriented person, with 5 or more years of experience within e-commerce solutions or IT solution sales. Your abilities include relationship building through consultative sales and you can prove that in previous jobs you’ve created success in similar roles. You have the business and IT professional insight to provide clients with valuable input on their e-commerce challenges and opportunities.

You are a skilled communicator and you’re characterised by being ambitious, consultative and business-oriented in your client approach. You have a natural impact, which enables you to convey your message across to an audience of varying levels.

You enjoy working independently and focused to achieve your own and the company’s goals.


  • Proactively execute on sales strategies
  • Initiate and execute on lead generation and marketing activities
  • Process new client requests
  • Conduct customer meetings and workshops
  • Answer RFI / RFP Requests
  • Project manage large sales processes
  • Attend and/or help to create virtual / physical events
  • Your focus will be on Finnish market, so Fluent Finnish skills are a must but you should also have proficient English skills due to our international company environment and in order to spar with fellow Vaimoers in other countries!

Skills & Requirements

  • Proven success selling professional services, including significant technology projects (ideally commerce services) and custom software solutions to C-level clients (50k€ - 750k€ deals).
  • Must be self-starting, independent, have prospecting skills and driven to close deals.
  • Well versed with formal sales methodologies yet able to adapt to the needs of a specific opportunity
  • Able to confidently engage with prospects and third parties across all areas and levels of their business
  • Ability to work at pace and respond quickly to new and emerging opportunities
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of the digital commerce space.
  • Well developed negotiation and closing skills.
  • Good problem solving ability.
