
Ready to lead a team that makes things happen? As Head of Service Implementation, you’ll be at the heart of service delivery ensuring activation, change, and closure runs efficiently and to a high standard.
We are looking for a Head of Service Implementation to lead a team of 10+ specialists who manage the technical implementation of all B2B customer orders in Norway. The team handles service activation, delivery support, termination and decommissioning, as well as the documentation required to secure quality and consistency.
As the manager, you will set the direction for the team and ensure a well-run daily operation. Strong follow-up on performance and KPIs will help secure reliable, high-quality deliveries. Collaboration with technical teams, logistics, contractors and VIP customer teams will be an important part of achieving predictable outcomes. You will also focus on improving processes and tools, while ensuring that delivery support, termination/ decommissioning and documentation tasks are handled efficiently and to a high standard.
