Brand & Marketing Producer for a World-Renowned Game Studio in Stockholm

We’re supporting a leading game studio in finding their next Producer to join the Brand & Marketing team for the next 18 months. We’re looking for someone with experience running multiple creative projects at once, who thrives in a global, structured, fast-paced and collaborative environment.

As Producer, you’ll drive marketing and brand projects end-to-end, working closely with leads, creatives, external partners and cross-functional teams to keep things running smoothly and on brief. You’ll be responsible for timelines, tracking, budgets and deliveries and act as a central point for keeping everything aligned, from concept to final rollout.

You’re someone who enjoys supporting creative teams, stays calm under pressure, and brings structure, clarity and energy into every project. You’ll also support contract coordination and act as a brand guardian, making sure guidelines are followed and assets used correctly. Experience working in a global setting with stakeholder management across multiple teams and locations is essential.

Role expectations include:

  • Organizing, tracking and delivering projects from start to finish
  • Managing budgets together with leads
  • Drafting and processing contracts with internal teams
  • Running several projects in parallel across marketing and brand
  • Collaborating with cross-functional and global teams
  • Managing stakeholder expectations across multiple functions and regions
  • Supporting senior/lead producers on key studio projects
  • Staying calm and proactive in high-paced, changing environments
  • Helping ensure brand guidelines and assets are followed correctly

Skills:

  • 4+ years’ experience as a Producer, Production Manager or similar
  • Strong project management, planning and coordination skills
  • Confident working with budgets, timelines and follow-through
  • Experience working in a global setting and managing international stakeholders
  • Comfortable with tools like MS Suite, Slack, ClickUp and Teams
  • Skilled communicator with a solution-oriented mindset
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken

The fine print:

This is an 18-month temporary role based in Stockholm, with a hybrid set-up (2–3 days/week in the office). Preferred start is as soon as possible.
