Producer (YouTube & Social) for a world-renowned game studio
We’re supporting an iconic, world-renowned game studio in finding their next Producer to join their Media & Events team.
We’re looking for someone with hands-on experience leading creative content projects for YouTube or other social media platforms, who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
As Producer, you’ll lead video and social media projects for the studio’s official YouTube channel. You’ll plan and deliver a wide range of content in close collaboration with the Lead Producer, Lead Creative and creative producers.
You’ll work across internal teams, leadership, stakeholders and external agencies, help coordinate contracts with legal, build strong relationships with partners and vendors, and identify risks early to keep projects running smoothly. You’ll be a central point of contact and help ensure delivery on time, within scope and budget.
Role expectations include planning and delivering YouTube projects (long-form, short-form and community posts), supporting other social platforms or studio events, working closely with creative producers, managing scope, timeline, budget and resources, overseeing publishing and quality checks, acting as main contact for the channel, handling contracts with legal, flagging and managing risks, establishing workflows with partners, managing stakeholder relations and supporting recruitment and onboarding.
Skills include scheduling, production planning, budgeting, managing multiple projects, short- and long-term planning, understanding marketing and business goals, strong communication and negotiation skills, stakeholder management and fluency in written and spoken English.
Qualifications: minimum 5 years’ experience as Producer, Production Manager, Project Manager or similar, with experience from creative productions for YouTube or other social platforms.
The fine print:
This is an 18-month temporary role based in Stockholm, with a hybrid set-up (2–3 days/week in the office). Preferred start is February, depending on your availability.
