Main Purpose of Role

As a key part of our Marketing & Innovation team, you’ll help shape the next generation of bakery products—guiding concepts from idea to launch with precision, creativity, and care. Reporting to the NPD Manager, you’ll support customer and strategic projects that champion high standards of food safety, exceed expectations, and maintain our commitment to excellence in every bite.

Skills & Requirements

You will be great at:

  • Managing product development from concept to launch with commercial flair.
  • Supporting factory trials and ensuring smooth handovers to production teams.
  • Coordinating with cross-functional and international teams to deliver results.
  • Driving food trends and translating them into exciting product innovations.

You are:

  • A confident communicator with an eye for detail and a flair for creativity.
  • Flexible & supportive and a real team player who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys collaboration.
  • Curious, enthusiastic, and driven by a genuine love for food and innovation.

You have:

  • A degree in Food Science, Marketing, or a related subject.
  • Experience managing projects in food manufacturing or product development.
  • A strong understanding of UK and EU food legislation.
  • Excellent organisational, presentation, and communication skills.
