Sustainable Deals & Energy Transition is part of the PwC Consulting & Strategy. In Consulting & Strategy, we bring the right skills and a mix of diverse backgrounds and experience to provide our clients with perspectives and insights. We offer a holistic solution to our clients' needs, and our purpose is to build trust and sustained outcomes. Our Sustainable Deals & Energy Transition team focuses on sustainability in transactions, as well as strategy and transformation in the energy industry. We provide insights and guidance to support businesses in navigating the evolving landscape of energy transition, involving renewable energy, CCS, hydrogen, batteries, power grids, nuclear energy and more. We conduct sustainability diligence in transactions, advising on changing regulations and opportunities in value creation.

As part of the selection, we use psychometric tests to ensure an objective, unbiased, and fair selection. You will receive an invitation to the tests after completing your application.
We value the personal meeting to understand the value you can bring to PwC and what we can offer you. The interview process usually consists of multiple stages and various types of interviews. During the interview with the business, you will have the opportunity to meet with the relevant team to discuss the role. When meeting with HR, you will have a competency-based interview where we examine the personality test you completed before the interview.
