Director of Quality

Responsibilities

Quality Leadership: Establishing and maintaining a quality management system and procedures. Drive continuous improvement and ensure that quality remains a top priority within the organization.
Team Leadership & Development: Set the vision, goals, and direction for the quality initiatives, ensuring that all employees are motivated and equipped to meet quality standards and customer needs.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks to quality and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Technical Skills: End-to-end quality strategy across IoT wireless, hardware, firmware, software, and cloud (AWS) infrastructure.
Results-Driven: Delivering measurable quality outcomes and continuously seeking ways to improve processes and performance.
Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with Engineering, Install/Service, Product, and Supply Chain to deliver exceptional products and services to customers.
Executive Reporting: Delivery quality and reliability performance updates (KPI) to the GM monthly and annually to the Board of Directors.
Demonstrate leadership: Ethical behavior, and adherence to Janus standards

Skills & Requirements

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

10+ years of experience in quality leadership roles. 5 years at the leadership level.
Proven track record of driving significant improvement in system validation and Quality Management System (QMS) in the IoT technology sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience presenting to senior management.
Bachelor’s degree in electrical/computer science or related field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
