We are looking for an experienced Accounting & Reporting Manager, to lead our financial reporting function and ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance across all financial operations. In this role, you will combine hands-on financial management with strategic oversight, driving efficient processes, high-quality reporting, and long-term business insights.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the accounting and reporting function in line with IFRS and regulatory standards
- Drive robust financial controls, policies, and reporting processes
- Oversee timely financial statements and audit activities
- Support the controlling function with accurate and timely input to the budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial modelling
- Lead and develop a high-performing accounting team

Skills & Requirements
What You Bring
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years’ experience in accounting/finance with leadership responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, IFRS, and financial regulations
- Experience with ERP systems, advanced Excel, and financial modelling
- Strong communication skills; fluent in English and Swedish
