To support this, we’re looking for a Frontend Developer to lead the development of our Growth and general front-end projects. This role is critical in establishing a scalable frontend architecture that empowers our Growth team to build tools independently while maintaining consistency, performance, and usability.

You will help define our frontend stack (React), set standards for component libraries, and build a shared system that makes it easier for product, content, and operations to ship high-quality experiences faster.

This role is central to shaping how Lylli scales our growth.

What you’ll do:

As a Frontend Developer at Lylli, you’ll:

• Develop and optimize customer-facing web experiences, ensuring our marketing site, landing pages, and growth experiments load fast, convert well, and support rapid iteration.
• Lead the creation of reusable UI components and design patterns for our web stack, enabling consistent branding and faster experiment cycles across campaigns, A/B-tests, and onboarding flows.
• Improve performance, accessibility, and usability across all user-facing web surfaces, making sure every touchpoint - from first visit to account creation that feels smooth, intuitive, and delightful.
• Enhance the developer workflow for growth experiments, setting up pipelines, analytics hooks, testing frameworks, and deployment practices that allow quick iteration with high reliability.
• Work closely with designers, data analysts, backend engineers, and product marketers to integrate APIs, experiment data, and content pipelines into high-impact growth initiatives.
• Shape the future of Lylli’s web growth platform, enabling us to scale into new markets, optimize funnels, and continuously improve acquisition, activation, and conversion.

What we’re looking for:

• Solid experience building and maintaining large-scale frontend applications, ideally with React and Node.js
• Understanding of web platforms such as Webflow and how to build reusable, scalable frontend systems.
• Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams, participating in code reviews, sharing knowledge, and solving complex product needs through strong frontend architecture.
• A passion for building tools that make other people’s work easier — and for shaping structure in a fast-moving environment.

Nice to haves:

• Experience building and deploying Java backend services.
• Strong understanding of API integrations (especially JSON-based).
• Interest in coaching junior developers and helping raise the overall technical bar.

Good to know!

This position is full time and based in our Stockholm office with a hybrid working model (part office, part working from home). We apply a 6-month probationary period. You’ll need to be located in Sweden as we are unable to support relocation. Fluency in English is required as we work with international teams and partners.
