IT & System Integration Specialist

Your Mission at Epassi

As our IT Specialist & System integration, your mission is to ensure that our IT environment runs securely, smoothly, and efficiently, empowering colleagues to focus on what really matters. You’ll play a key role in keeping our infrastructure reliable, supporting daily operations in Italy, and contributing to exciting cross-European IT initiatives as part of a growing international tech organization.

We are currently looking for this role based in Vercelli, where you will have a direct impact on our local operations while being part of a broader international tech ecosystem.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Own and manage the end-to-end IT environment for Epassi Italy.
  • Ensure the availability, performance, and security of IT infrastructure and services.
  • Provide high-quality IT support to end users, resolving hardware and software issues efficiently.
  • Manage IT inventory, devices, licenses, and related orders.
  • Help with ISO 27001 compliance, ensuring security protocols and best practices are followed.
  • Handle Microsoft 365 operations, including tenant management and user support.
  • Support and coordinate IT change management, including system migrations and platform implementations.
  • Collaborate with international colleagues across Europe on global IT projects.

You’ll be successful in this role if you:

  • Keep IT systems running reliably, with minimal downtime and fast issue resolution.
  • Enable colleagues to work productively by providing timely, user-focused support.
  • Ensure security and compliance standards (ISO 27001) are consistently met.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve IT processes, tools, and user experience.
  • Take ownership of IT operations in Italy while collaborating effectively with the wider Group.

What you’ll be doing (daily):

  • Responding to and resolving IT support requests from colleagues.
  • Managing hardware and software installations, updates, and configurations.
  • Monitoring IT systems to ensure performance, security, and availability.
  • Administering Microsoft 365 users, devices, and services.
  • Handling device lifecycle management, including onboarding and offboarding.
  • Coordinating with vendors and internal teams for IT-related changes or issues.
  • Supporting ongoing IT projects, migrations, and platform rollouts.

What you should bring:

  • At least 3 years of experience in an IT support or IT operations role.
  • Relevant education at MBO/HBO level or equivalent practical experience.
  • Solid experience managing hardware, software, and end-user IT environments.
  • Familiarity with networking and/or cloud technologies.
  • Experience working with different operating systems as an administrator or support professional.
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic, evolving environment.
  • A proactive mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and willingness to continuously learn.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.

Your language profile:

  • Fluent in Italian (spoken and written).
  • Good command of English (spoken and written), as you will collaborate with international colleagues.
