We are currently hiring a Product Manager to be based in Milan or Vercelli (hybrid work).

Your Mission at Epassi

At Epassi we’re on a mission to reimagine corporate welfare and employee wellbeing. As a Product Manager, you won’t just manage products, you’ll shape experiences that make work life better for thousands of employees across Europe. You’ll collaborate with development teams, stakeholders, and external partners to craft innovative digital solutions, streamline delivery, and help drive the Group’s ambitious digital strategy forward. Your work will directly influence how companies empower their employees to thrive, making your impact visible and meaningful every day.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead product discovery and delivery for new features and services related to corporate welfare, employee management, and digital wellbeing solutions.
  • Define, structure, and prioritise the product roadmap, including:
  • AI-powered tools and insights to simplify welfare program management for employers and employees.
  • Support for complex data management needs across multiple countries and sectors.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers, business analysts, data specialists, and engineering teams to deliver cohesive, end-to-end product solutions.
  • Work within Agile teams to translate business requirements into real, iterative product deliveries.
  • Produce clear and comprehensive product documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support commercial teams with technical and product insights for complex opportunities.
  • Champion customer satisfaction and platform growth through exceptional product experiences.
  • Support the rollout of the platform across other markets within the Group, with occasional travel to European offices.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager within a technology-driven organisation.
  • Experience with data-driven products and AI-enabled features.
  • Understanding of prompt engineering, context injection, and AI tool orchestration.
  • Experience working across end-user interfaces, admin tools, and APIs.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire clients, prospects, and internal teams.
  • Familiarity with product and analytics tools.
  • Solid understanding of data structures and how they interact with front-end and back-end systems.
  • Experience in HR tech, welfare solutions or AI is a plus but not required.
  • A proven track record of driving impact at an organisational level — beyond simply shipping features.

Your language profile:

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Fluent in Italian (spoken and written)
  • Comfortable communicating with international stakeholders and cross-border teams.
