Business Solution Specialist Finance

This is what you will do

As Business Solution Specialist Finance, you will have overall responsibility for some of our most critical financial applications, with a particular focus on M3 and Rillion. You will act as a key link between IT and Finance, ensuring our systems meet the evolving needs of the business.

You will oversee both technical and functional development, incident management and information security. The role includes both maintenance and transformation, where you will drive improvements, configuration work and be a part of our exiting M3-cloud journey, together with internal stakeholder and external partners.

You will work closely with our Business Process Manager Finance, take part in process improvement and other transformation initiatives, and support users across different levels of the organization, from finance administrators to senior leadership.

This role is based in Stockholm or Malmö, and you will report to IT Solution Manager, Alexander Svensson.

Skills & Requirements

This is what you need to succeed:

You have

  • Solid experience with M3 Finance, preferably including M3 Cloud Edition
  • A good understanding of financial processes and flows
  • Previous experience in system management, technical support or application development
  • The ability to collaborate effectively with both business and IT stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English, written and spoken
  • Experience from a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus
