The Role
As a Key Account Manager, you’ll be the strategic partner and trusted advisor for our top clients. You’ll understand their goals, anticipate their needs, and ensure they receive maximum value from our solutions. You’ll also identify growth opportunities, manage renewals, and coordinate internally to deliver exceptional outcomes.
What You’ll Do

Build and nurture relationships with key accounts, acting as their main point of contact.

Develop a deep understanding of client business objectives and industry challenges.

Proactively identify opportunities to add value and expand partnerships.

Negotiate contracts, manage renewals, and drive revenue growth.

Collaborate cross-functionally (Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success) to deliver tailored solutions.

Prepare and present regular account reviews, performance insights, and strategic roadmaps.

Monitor account health, resolve issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a Key Account Manager, Strategic Account Manager, or similar client-facing role.

Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day details.

Experience working with enterprise-level accounts is a plus.
