About the role
We are building a new, dynamic team that brings HR and Finance technology together within Group IT. We believe in the synergies between these two areas and are now looking for a Manager / Tech Lead to lead this team. As Manager / Tech Lead Finance & HR Systems, you will lead the IT team responsible for Scandic’s finance and HR systems. The role sits within IT and combines people leadership with tech and close collaboration across Finance and HR. You will lead a team of IT Service Managers and System Specialists. You will be accountable for system governance, technical roadmap planning and the continuous development of platforms and integrations. You will drive the setup of new ways of working and continuously improve existing processes, with a structured ITIL approach. The role will include a clear mandate to establish ways of working and leadership for the team.
You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across Finance and HR, translating business needs into IT requirements and supporting the continued development of the system landscape.
You will report to our Head of Tech for Analytics, Finance & Team Member Journey, and the role covers Scandic’s operations across the Nordics as well as Germany and Poland.
Tech-wise: Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Basware, Adra Matcher, Board (budgeting and forecasting), Quinyx, Workday et.c.
