Compensation: €5,758 – €7,500 (depending on experience) + 18% flexible budget (including holiday allowance) and a year-end bonus.
The team in the Zwolle region is growing rapidly to deliver tailored solutions to clients in the North and Central Netherlands. We have a total of 300 colleagues, 25 of whom are based in the Zwolle region.
Your Role as Senior Project Engineer
As a Senior High Voltage Project Engineer, you are involved from A to Z in the design and realization of high-voltage substations at project sites. You are technically responsible for the engineering of challenging high-voltage projects. Depending on the size of the project, you may lead a small team and independently carry out the engineering work.
What this means:
- You are responsible for a wide range of secondary and primary engineering tasks (work packages).
- You are an all-rounder familiar with all types of high-voltage installations in the industry, from 110 kV to 380 kV, including the relevant standards and regulations.
- You collaborate with (project) management, clients, various authorities, and suppliers.
- You prepare system documentation, functional and technical specifications. You create proposals, reports, schedules, work descriptions, specifications, and operational overviews.
- You monitor budgets and review and analyze post-calculations.
- You proactively track project progress, resolve bottlenecks, and report your findings.
- You also perform quality checks and are responsible for project documentation.
Vaardigheden en vereisten
What You Bring to Succeed
- A technical bachelor’s or master’s degree (in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or a related field).
- Extensive experience in technically managing projects.
- Proven and recent work experience with grid operators and/or industrial projects.
- Strong command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written.
- Key competencies: analytical, structured, safety- and quality-conscious, and a true team player.
Our offer
Annual salary: ranging from €74.633 to €97.200, consisting of:
- Gross monthly salary: between €5,758 and €7,500, depending on knowledge and experience.
- Flex budget: 10% of your gross monthly salary, which you can use flexibly — for example, to buy extra vacation days!
- Vacation days: 24.5 days based on a full-time contract.
- Holiday allowance: 8%.
- Year-end bonus: 3.7%.
- ABP pension contribution: 27%, of which Hanab ES contributes 18.9%.
- Job-specific training: negotiable, with a training budget of €1,500.
- Collective labor agreement: Network Companies (CAO Netwerkbedrijven).
- Public transport pass: 2nd class, also for private use if you commute by public transport.
- Sustainable employability budget: €500 gross per year, for example for a gym membership.
